Shipping and Delivery Issues
At Android Homme, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and in excellent condition. All concerns regarding shipping and delivery, including but not limited to damaged goods or missing packages, must be reported to us within 20 calendar days of the carrier's recorded delivery date. For any shipping and delivery issues please open a case through our contact us page.
In the event that you receive a Declaration of Delivery form from our Customer Service team, you must complete and return the form within fifteen (15) calendar days. Any claims for which the completed form is not received within this 15-day period will be automatically denied without exception
