Our extended holiday returns period allows the return of your order up until the 14th January for a full refund.

Just complete the reason code boxes and include this form inside your parcel. It is your responsibility to return your parcel using your own preferred courier service, please keep your receipt/tracking in the event this is needed.

Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.

Products need to be returned unworn and in its original packaging for returns to be eligible.

If you received a free gift with your order, then in order to receive a full refund, the free gift must also be returned with your time. The full RRP of the free gift will be deducted from your refund if not returned.
