We will try to ensure that orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM GMT will begin processing that day and dispatched via our courier same day. This, however, is not always guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that may face delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

All orders placed after 2PM GMT will begin processing the next business day, and possibly start shipping within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM GMT will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Android Homme Customer Service will contact you by email.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from androidhomme.co.uk, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and the cost of returning the package to Android Homme. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Please be aware, the order total and shipping fee does not include any possible customs and duties that may be incurred when ordering from outside the UK. These charges will be applied country by country based on the value of your order. In the bottom right corner of the Android Homme webstore we provide a custom and duties pop up which will calculate an estimated cost which will be charged to you on delivery. If you have concerns please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team for further information.

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the website.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from androidhomme.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and the cost of returning the package to Android Homme. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Different bill to and ship to

Android Homme uses several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses Military and P.O. boxes: Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is NOT available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses.

– We do not ship to freight forwarders.

International Order Policy

As part of our International order policy and process to ensure secure transactions to protect both you the customer and us as the seller we may require additional identity information to corroborate the payment method and its accompanying address before any goods can be released for shipment. In these instances, our Customer Service team will be in contact promptly with you at the email address accompanying the order.
