Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The return must be received by Android Homme within 14 days after you receive the merchandise.
After 14 days from the date you receive the merchandise the sale is final and the merchandise can not be returned
The returned item must have its original sales receipt, shoe box and packing materials.
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
After receiving the returned item, Android Homme will credit your account for the original purchase price minus the original shipping cost. Android Homme will not refund you if your order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Android Homme (see the Undeliverable Packages section below for details). Android Homme will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
To exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item according to the return procedures listed above. Please email our customer service team at [email protected] to request an RMA authorization number for your return. For all exchanges a refund will be credited to your account, and you must place a new order for the desired item.
If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a shipping address for returns and exchanges. We will then email you an RMA authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice, we recommend using a traceable and insured service. Once we receive your returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for your return to be processed.
